It’s Thanksgiving Time At Country Cove

Thanksgiving Day is a day of gratitude, merriment, joy and lots of laughter. Country Cove Mobile Home Park and its staff wishes you a happy Thanksgiving!

Winter Clean Up Season

Now that the weather has cooled off, this is a good time to look around your yard and remove unsightly items and trash. Personal property and gardening equipment should be stored in your shed. Have your home pressure cleaned regularly for mold and dirt.

Remove Your Hurricane Shutters

The last day of hurricane season is November 30th. Please remove your protective window panels and hurricane shutters by this date.

Only 2 Cars Per Household Allowed

Please move additional vehicles elsewhere. Also, do not park in empty neighborhood lots. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.

Leaky Toilets & Spickets

Check for any leaking water in your home that needs repair. Call our office and we will assist you in locating a plumbing repair professional.

14 Day Visitor Allowance

If you have visitors living with you who are not approved on your lease, they are only allowed to stay for a maximum of 14 days.

New Lease Renewal

Everyone is required to renew their new leases for 2017. If you have not done so already, please do so as soon as possible.

You and your family are invited to our Community Christmas Party in December. We plan on having food and drinks, a bounce house for the kids, and fun for everyone. If possible, bring a pot luck dish and a gift. The party date is yet to be announced.

Country Cove News – June 2017

The St Lucie County Fire District has recently issued a Burn Ban for our entire county until further notice. We are currently experiencing a prolonged period of abnormally low rainfall and drought conditions. Any small fire or spark or cigarette butt tossed out unto the dry ground could start a mass fire.

Fireworks are also banned for the July 4th celebration this year by the county. However, Bar B Que’s are permitted. The County is requesting that you use only propane fuel instead of charcoal, which is safer. Anyone caught disobeying the Burn Ban will be reported to the County Sheriff’s Office who is responsible for policing the laws.

For more information, contact our park office or the St Lucie County Fire District at 772-621-3400, and ask for the Fire Prevention Department.

Thank you for your cooperation!

More improvements are underway at Country Cove Mobile Home Park. We will be resurfacing the asphalt on our streets and fixing problem roadways.

In addition, we are bringing in a number of new mobile homes and demolishing the older homes, therefore, we ask our residents to be courteous to construction workers and their equipment as they carry out their work of making Country Cove a more beautiful place to live – for all of us.

We apologize for any temporary inconvenience the construction work may cause.
